We have finally finished setting up our second holiday yurt… Took us a while but we had to iron out all the creases and believe it’s now ready and can welcome first guests to it. Along with our first yurt we can now host two groups or families. It features an outdoor kitchen equipped with all the essential crockery, a picnic table and a sun umbrella. There is a gravity water filter so drinking water is readily available. Inside the yurt we have installed a little log burner that doubles up as an oven and in the process of testing it out we discovered you can easily bake bread in it! There are solar lights and a small battery bank for charging phones/tables on a usb cable.

There is a compost toilet and a hot shower with toiletries provided. We have filled the yurt with lost of comfortable furniture and beautiful fabrics from all over the world. All the cushion covers are made from antique Indian Kantha fabric, Afghan kilim rugs cover the wooden floor and Vietnamese weaved fabrics add character to the walls.
